Heuuuu :?: ! inclassable !
For the 22nd link, a poem by Yasuhiro Endo, lecturer at university, has been selected. The inspiration for this poem was a kind of firefly which he first saw when he was doing research on Iriomote Island in southern Japan. He says "The way it glowed so bravely in the grass as it was losing its wings was beautiful."
For the 23rd link, we are again inviting applications from the general public. Please submit a 5 line poem. The deadline is Monday, March 12 at 3pm (Japan Standard Time), 2007. The selected poem will be made public on this website on Friday, March 16. This will be the final call for public applications. We look forward to your participation.
