17 September, in 19 hours 55 minutes of Moscow timing from cosmodrome Baikonur is carried out launching of rocket-launcher 'Union-2.1b" with booster block "Frigate" and by the group of space crafts, in number which pilot scientific and research little space craft (MKA) 'of Academic _ Tatiana'-2" The moscow state university of name M. In. Lomonosov.
In 21 hour 45 minutes of Moscow timing space craft "Academic _ Tatiana'-2" was sealed off from booster block and unleashed entirely autonomous flight.

At 19:55 Moscow time Soyuz 2.1b LV with Fregat upper stage successsfully lifted off from Baikonur to loft a cluster of satellites. The orbital unit which comprises Russian weather spacecraft Meteor-M, South Africa`s Sumbandila remote sensing satellite, small Russian satellites Sterkh, University - Tatyana-2, UGATUSAT, Blits, and the experimental satellite IRIS separated from the rocket`s third stage at 20:04. Meteor-M, Sterkh, University - Tatyana-2, UGATUSAT have already reached the target orbits. MCC confirmed proper oprations of the Sterkh spacecraft at 22:20. Sterkh has been produced by Russian Poliot company. It is intended for the Russian orbital segment of Cospas-Sarsat constellation.

"Semaine chargée à Baïkonour" (hot week) ainsi pourrait-on traduire le titre de cette vidéo avec les 2 lancements, un "petit" tour du cosmodrome en biplan Antonov 2 (je ne sais de quand date celui-ci), la bénédiction de la Soyouz 2-1b, tout ceci typiquement à la russe

En même temps le gars est quand même à quelques centaines de mètres de la fusée... si il est à côté du premier bâtiment on doitpouvoir estimer assez précisément la distance sur GoogleEarth.

The satellite is part of an international research and educational youth program of near-Earth space exploration. The mission`s objectives are:
-investigating light phenomena in the Earth`s atmosphere due to the effect of galaxy cosmic rays and high-energy charged particles;
-investigating en-route radiation conditions;
-investigating variations of the Earth`s gravitational and magnetic fields.
Within this time, all systems of the satellite were tested. Starting Oct. 21, payloads are being activated.

Low resolution scanner MSU-MR was activated on Meteor-M N1. The images of good quality in visible and Infrared ranges were acquired in the Earth monitoring center.
